uzual, IF there is a delay or continuance tomorrow the cancellation of the Monday hearing opens a slot for it. IMO THJMW is losing patience and would only grant a continuance under extreme circumstances; and, only for reasons which will have a dramatic, positive impact on the case. If I'm right she could hold feet to the fire over one last weekend.

I don't really understand how the parent's were able to request a continuance for the family member's hearing? I ...

Have court for B next week. It's going to be a permanency hearing since a continuance was ordered after the last permanency hearing. CW is still asking for TPR. We have always gone to the court hearings on all of our kids. But frankly this particular situation is drama filled, and DH and I have had about all our nerves can handle regarding dealing with mom face to face. We are not required to go ...

MODS please move to appropriate section if needed. From Dataoutage News RIM Data Outage continues into Day 2 Day 2of this outage. No update, no RIM statements… just the same continuance from yesterday’s data issues. Again, this is affecting devices on all North American carriers, BIS and BES, and it appears to be only devices on WiFi, wherein data works “sometimes” when connected via ...

The American Civil Liberties Union has never treated the Obama administration with kid gloves, but with their latest ad buy it's become increasingly clear that their patience for the continuance of some Bush-era policies has run quite thin. "What will it be Mr. President?" the ACLU asks in a full-page New York Times advertisement published Sunday. "Change or more of the Same?" The ad also ...
