One quick way to manage volatility is to do a better job of planning your entry. For example, I prefer to enter at places where two or more important price "landmarks" exist. It can be any two items on my list including pivots, "singles", Market Profile numbers (value are highs and lows), and EMA's (200 & 80 period).
