My shifting is getting a little crunchy/sticky. I think it's time for a fluid change. I used 100% smurfblood last time (redline lightweight shockproof) and was thinking of giving the redline/motul concoction a try. What would the best ratio be considering I live in the northeast? Also I know I need a t70 socket, what happened to the wandering t-70 that was on this board? Last but not least, ...

When you serve Thanksgiving dinner, or have it served to you, what is the type of cranberry sauce that is served. I have to admit that in both Adrienne's and my own family, the answer is two kinds. The first is a home made concotion, usually with a bit of citrus and stuff, maybe verging on a chutney. Very good. The other... Well it is the only food I can think of that is served on ...

I have all the ingredients for an interesting georgian kofte-type concotion from Paula Wolfert's "Cooking of the Eastern Mediterranean" and am contemplating making it....but I am wary of trying the recipe as it calls for beating in 1 1/2 cups of cold water into a meat mixture to "add moisture" Does such a technique work? Has anyone tried this Wolfert recipe?

One of the biggest mistakes when making stuffing is to use dried croutons. They dehydrate the bird. If you use fresh bread, cut in cubes, its moisture produces steam internally as the bird roast. This helps keep the breast moist. The following is a roasting process that has worked really well for our clan. After you have stuffed your bird, don’t waste time trying to tie the cavity. Just take a...
