Condo for rent at Ocho Cascadas in the Conchas Chinas area of Puerto Vallarta. Ocho Cascadas is a unique property with beautiful views of the Bay of Banderas. Conchas Chinas is in the southern part of Puerto Vallarta, just a 5 minute taxi or bus ride or a 15 minute walk to downtown. Far enough away from the city to avoid the smog and noise, but close enough to enjoy all of the fun. The ...

Casa de las Conchas - The House of the Shells was built at the end of the 15th century in the Gothic style, but it has Renaissance and Mudejar elements. Its mixture of styles is called Isabelline. The person who had the palace built was Rodrigo Arias de Maldonado, who was a Knight of the Order of Santiago . There are over three hundred shells covering its outer walls, the shell being ...

Puerto Vallarta for family of five with teens November 21-28, 2009 Here was our itinerary for one week in PV for our family of five; two adults, two high school girls and an 11 year old son. I'm reading a travel mag and their talking about things to do for three perfect days in P.V. On day one they mention the malecon, art galleries, etc. then head to the Puerto Vallarta Beach Club in Conchas Chinas to enjoy lunch and a private beach. Later dine along the waterfront at the Vitea Bistro. I'm not familiar with the P.V. Beach Club or the Vitea Bistro. Can anyone tell me where ...

I would not stay three nights in Cachi. What excursions would you do there? There is not much more than hiking. The Quebrada de las Flechas is 100km from Cachi. If you stay in Cafayate and have a car or go with a guide you can take day excursions into Las Flechas and Las Conchas and return to Cafayate at the end of each day. I personally prefer Tilcara to Purmamarca but these ...

2. drive to Tilcara, stay 3 nights Personally I would opt for Purmamarca, which we liked much more than Tilcara. Staying 2 days in Purmamarca you could do 2 day trips: - Salinas Grandes and even further to Susques. - Tilcara, Juella, Humahuaca (perhaps add one night in Iruya) I agree with staying at Cabra Corral; we stayed in Hosteria Terrazas del Lago. ...
