I was doing a little clean up in safe mode since it has been a while. Disk Cleanup, Defragment, Adaware, and deleting some programs. Now I restarted my computer and I do not have any shortcuts on my desktop or a start menu! What can I do to fix this? I can open up programs through the task manager (firefox), that's how I am posting but that is about it. I restarted the comp twice and no luck. Where's my start menu..

My main computer is connected by Ethernet to my wireless router. When I start the computer the internet connection works fine but after a while when I open a browser I get a blank page and cannot access any website until I restart. The network works fine with my laptop which is connected wirelessly and always works flawlessly. Any ideas?
