I'm dubious as to the rationality of the fierce opposition to compulsory education of children and teenagers that is expressed on this forum. Firstly, it ought to be noted that opponents of compulsory education who claim to act for the rights of youth are endangering the long-term benefits of youth. Compulsory education shifts the nation's production possibility frontier outwards, ensuring ...

I don't know if this is exactly the right place for this, but . . . lately my EXIF data (at least as displayed on SmugMug) has shown, under "Flash": "did not fire (compulsory flash mode)". I googled Compulsory Flash Mode and got a bunch of posts on various forums from shooters who did, in fact, have flash attached in their contexts. I didn't have a flash within two miles of the shoot in ...

Ok, I was dueling my brother and he set a monster card face down on his turn. I then used compulsory evacuation device to return that "set" monster back to his hand. Forgive me if this sounds stupid, but doesn't that mean he can't summon that card again that turn as a normal summon since he had to normal summon it in order for me to activate that card. Is that correct? Thanks.

I wish the webmaster would reset the forum access so that we do not have to go through the compulsory extra step of declining the so called tour. There is nothing but an out of date artists impression and one, not very informative, picture of each of the "wonders". The rest is blurb about Matt and what HE wanted, not about what the kids wanted. What about the new water wheel, pool, men's ...

Well? It's no longer compulsory for me, but I'm taking 3 languages anyway. ------- Faith is a cop-out. If the only way you can accept an assertion is by faith, then you are conceding that it can't be taken on its own merits. ~Dan Barker

http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0112617.html What is the compulsory attendance for school in your state? For the state I live in, it's 8-17 with waivers available. For the state that all but one of my grandchildren live in, it's 7-18. For the state that my remaining grandchild lives in, it's 5-18. My posts are a opinion not to be taken as medical or legal advice.  ...

Would you support compulsory euthanasia for non-criminal mentally ill patients? The arguments in favor of the compulsory euthanasia is that mentally ill patients, like schizophrenics, require a lot of government support, like institutions and expensive anti-psychotic drugs. The arguments against it is that non-criminal mentally ill people are humans too and as long as they don...

Draco765: This doesn't even require a ruling, nor does it need t be an argument. If you set monster that counts as your Normal Summon for that turn. Compulsory sends the monster back to their hand, and it can't be re-summoned.
