I'm selling my daily drive commuter car, which is a White 2002 Oldsmobile Alero. I bought it in May from an elderly woman who stopped driving. I cleaned the entire car up, had the rugs and seats professionally steamed cleaned, had new tires installed, had the engine tuned up with new spark plugs, etc. I had to commute out of state for work, so I bought this car with 55,000 miles on it. I now work...

I'm hearing a lot of mixed reviews as to GMU's commuter school image. It appears the school is on the verge of making a transformation, but is it completely there yet? Has GMU broken through this commuter image? Is there enough to do on campus? Would an out-of-state student feel comfortable? Is there much school spirit? Is it a fun place to be?

I recently got an Otterbox 3G/3GS Commuter TL case, and I wanted to share my findings with all my friends here at everythingiCafe. I got the Commuter TL in yellow although there are seven colors to select from. This case is basically a silicone skin, with a plastic shell that sits over it. The Otterbox TL comes with a screen protector, so with everything installed your phone is almost ...

It is time for me to review the Otterbox 3G Commuter Case . I got this case a couple weeks ago and have been switching between it and the Otterbox 3G Commuter TL series to see which one I like better. Both are good cases, but I think this one is the better of the two cases. I will detail why at the end of this review. The Otterbox Commuter Case is a silicone skin covered by a ...

I just bought a car seat from Wal Mart last night but I can't find any information about it on the internet. It is a Cosco Commuter Ventura High Back Booster, model number 22253-tss, manufactured on 08/12/2009. I've checked the Cosco website and the djgusa.com website and there is nothing on either site. I'm looking for any useful information i.e. rating/review etc. Thanks

My husband needs a "messenger/commuter" bag for his new job, as he'll be doing the el commute. Any thoughts on what stores I should look at? I'm on a very limited budget so the $100 range is just not an option. Just something basic that stores the basics. Stores don't need to be in Chicago, I can drive to surrounding suburbs. Thanks in advance!! I don't want to wander aimless from ...

This train was on ground-level tracks in a dense suburban area. Quote It was a Ronkonkoma-bound LIRR train Sunday morning that departed at 2:54. But at 5:05 a.m. it was stuck east of Wyandanch. At 5:17 a rescue team was dispatched and a tow train left Hicksville. At 6:20 repair efforts failed, new a train was rerouted and the rescue train arrived. But by then some ...

I've always loved the body lines on the 5th gen Prelude but could never afford one. I found one locally but wasn't willing to pay the asking price so I patiently awaited the day my luck would turn. I had a free afternoon so I called up the owner and arranged to look at the car and possibly make an offer. In my opinion the asking price was reasonable, I just wasn't willing to pay that much ...

Mike: The MBTA has a great website mbta.com which will give you the distance from your property to the rail station. It will also tell you the distance from the home to the bus and other public transit lines. It is a very useful website. Take care.
