Comedy Central not renewing `The Jeff Dunham Show' Tue Dec 29, 2:55 pm ET NEW YORK - Comedy Central won't be renewing "The Jeff Dunham Show" for a second season. The show, featuring comedian Jeff Dunham and his repertoire of puppets, attracted plenty of attention, both positive and negative. Its debut drew 5.3 million viewers, a season premiere record for Comedy Central. But most of the...

...and you'll notice, they cut off Jay & Bob's Internet threat after the first line, but later the newscaster reads off the whole thing. They also cut out "Boo Boo Kitty Fck" at the beginning, but leave it in at the end. Look, if you're going to cut scenes, don't leave in the ones with the payoffs. I feel very, very sorry for anyone who's first exposure to this film was on CC. If they're ...

Man, Kevin Smith really disappears up his own rectum with his universe of foul-mouthed, loser New Jerseyites, as if they were endlessly fascinating and worth dredging up movie after movie. Chasing Amy was alright, but, wow, only the lamest parts of Tarantino's Deathproof and Kill Bill are up there with how Smith trashed up the indie movie scene in his heyday. What a smug, empty ass!

I have boxee installed on two machines. On machine Works (iMac), I can start Boxee, login, Menu -> Applications ->All; click Comedy Central, and get a list of programs (e.g. Chappelle's Show). On machine Broken (Mac Mini), I start Boxee, login, Menu -> Applications -> All; click Comedy Central, and nothing happens. Nothing happens when I click anything, for that matter. The only thing...

So tonight I was watching yet another rerun of Futurama . When that was over some piece of effluvia started. I'd already decided to change the channel because what was playing wasn't to my eye particularly funny, and in poor taste, even by my standards. But before I could summon the strength to find the remote, a new skit started -- mocking Jesus Christ . At Christmas. As casual comedy....

Hopefully all the stupid puppet replicas clogging the shelves at my local Hastings will go as well. I saw Larry the Cable doing a bit of stand up on a show the other day. He was telling his old tired shit, and bombing big time. No one was laughing, and he really choked.

That fixed it. If Admin A installs Boxee and user U tries to use it, Boxee doesn't work -- attempting to "open" an Application results in a silent "error," and nothing happens. If instead User U installs Boxee (being prompted for Admin A's user/password to actually install), then Boxee will work for User U. Sounds like a bug. Furthermore, if Admin A then attempts to use ...
