After all the information I have heard on eryped being bad with tummy cramps and gassiness and then it being great. I am thinking of taking him off of it all together and just continue with the axid. He is supposed to take the med 3 times a day .625 mls. I only do it twice a day once in the morning and once in the afternoon and now I am thinking of taking it away all together. I just am not sure...

It's going to be a long weekend! My 4 month old LO refuses to take any kind of bottle at this point so I guess my only option is to cut him off of breast feeding cold turkey. I really wouldnt stop cold turkey! eventually he will take a bottle! Babies will get mad and fuss but it comes down to the fact that they wont let themselves starve! He will take it eventually. Good luck hun! :-)

I would agree with continue offering, but keep in mind that bottle delivers food faster than breast. If he has gotten used to the speed eating prior to naps, he may have just put it together that there is a faster way at bed and in the AM too.

I was going to ask if you were pregnant too.... lol. When my daughter was 11 months old she stopped cold turkey, just decided she was done. I found out a few days later I was pregnant... then found out I was pregnant with twins.
