my MIL told me to go get some all natural coconut oil and right before getting out of the shower put it all over, rinse and then pat dry when out, she says it makes your skin beautiful and helps against stretch marks! i am going to take her advice, just thought i'd share with you ladies!! it has to be 100% all natural coconut cooking oil, she says it looks like lard kinda and comes in jar!...

I just started adding CO to my coffee and was wondering has anyone noticed after using coconut oil that their urine seems to have an oily cloud in it? If so is this bad or just normal and nothing to be concerned about I have no pain and my urine is pretty clear. I drink at least 120 oz of water a day.
okay, so i bought a jar of coconut oil today at the health food store. i put some on my arms just to give it a try. ummm ... it smells kinda odd to me (never used it before, so i don't know if this is normal). it's kinda "plastic" like. it's the spectrum organic coconut oil if that matters. is the smell normal and i just need to get used to it? thanks

I was thinking of starting to use both of these because of all the great reviews, but I was confused on how. I want to use the jojoba oil to balance oil production and as a moisturizer, and the coconut oil to control my mind acne. I put the coconut oil on at night, should I put the jojoba oil on as well? In the morning I just put on the jojoba. Do you guys think this will be good or should ...

So, I want to try pure coconut oil, but when I went to wal-mart all they had was a liquid substance.... and you all have told me that cocoanut oil is a solid until heated. So I'm wondering, what coconut oil do you use, where do you buy it from, and about how much does it cost you?

in the BB.com store! 12oz for something like $5.49 and 20oz for around $9. Sorry if this is a repost; I know how a lot of us dig the coconut oil so I wanted to be sure you guys saw that.

I read that coconut oil, whey proteine (has a substance called lactoferrose) and the red marine algae are quite good antivirals, anyone knows about this. I am trying to find out what is best to avoid meds, I really do no want to take them and thing this natural subtances are good. any thoughts?

i only use unrefined extra virgin coconut oil on my hair but the refined coconut oil is alot cheaper than the unrefined coconut oil and i know that refining coconut oil takes away some or all of its health benefits, but does it really make any difference if im only going to use it on my hair? so is there any benefits that the unrefined oil has that the refined one does not have for hair?

my entire family came down with the h1n1 flu. one daughter was hospitalized with pneumonia due to this. when we got home from the hospital i pulled a jar of co from the back of my cabinet and started taking 1 tsp 3x a day! I have not gotten sick. could it be the coconut oil keeping me healthy??? any comments?
