1. What in degrees is the acute angle on the clockface when the time says 11.45 30 degrees? Balls.....Just realised I took the quarter angle as 45, not 90 when I tries to work it out - no idea why. Rubbish. Well, I have had a glass or two, I'm blaming it on the drink, I think I'll have more just to be safe :) Tango x

Running mepis 7.0 dual booting with W98, recently adjusted clock for daylight time, noticed that the kde clock applet shows exactly 8 hours earlier time than the output of the "date" command. Clicking on the applet to adjust time shows an analog clockface that agrees with the "date" output but this doesn't agree with the digital reading shown by the applet. I think I had this problem ...

Not that I want to see GQ filled with programming questions, but this has been bugging me all afternoon and various textbooks and websites offer no assistance. I'm attempting to write a program that draws a clockface, using what I thought were proper .h and .cpp files, which have been boiled down to the following: Code: //clockface.h #ifndef _CLOCKFACE_H_ #define _CLOCKFACE_H_...

I may have posted this twice, if so I appologize. I need to display a circular meter (like a clockface) that has 50 points in a180 degree section (1/2 circle). The data are 40 to 90 in unit increments (3.6 degrees per point). For a value of 40 I want the pointer (line/arrow) to point to 9:00 (270 degrees, the value of 65 to point to 12:00 (0 degrees) and the value of 90 to point to 3:...

Donna crossed her arms and stamped her feet to stay warm, of all the places the Doctor had brought her this was positively the worst. The entire planet was a post apocalyptic wasteland, the TARDIS had detected something though and the Doctor was excited "Oh My, this is brilliant", the Doctor had his glasses on again, in his hands he was a bright jeweled egg "Incredible, with this you can ...
Basically the Deloitte report recommended that each corridor would have a core route that would stick to the corridor itself rather than diverting and taking major detours around estates and which would operate at a high frequency. Examples are the 128, 145, 140 and 151. Also, where there are several routes grouped along a corridor, they should in so far as possible have co-ordinated regular...

Here's an up-close pic of the tree trunk...a little frame with my Mom & Dad ...

O.k., time for an update on this thread. I finally got my TomTom cradle in-car kit for i-Phone and had it hardwired into the car. After looking at all the options for where to mount it, I decided I didn't want to block any vents on the dash, so I simply used the suction cup mount on the back of the cradle to stick it on the ...

Hey guys, I´ve no idea how much that watch would be. I´m sure it depends on how much we go into details. If I want everything in 3D with original mini-parts and true depth like the original speedometer I bet it is some (ten)thousand US$, if I go for a flat, standard clockface with printed details it could be less than 100US$. I personally would love to have at least some kind of 3d effect (...
