I have a Popup with the AllowsTransparency property set to true, and I'm defining a custom border (rounded edges) for it. I have a ListBox on the popup ... the problem is that when I click on an item in the listbox, the mouse click goes through the popup and ends up putting focus or clicking on a control that happens to be underneath the popup. I narrowed down where my issue lies ... it actually has to do with how I'm closing the popup when selecting an item from the ListBox contained within the popup. I have to use the PreviewMouseDown event handler on the ListBox - I retrieve the ListBoxItem I've clicked on with the mouse, and then I select that item and force the popup to close.
