just got ORB up. streaming from pc using ffdshow. right now only streaming to other home machine threw internet explorer to WMP. I would like to be able to use chrome and windows media player classic because of the wide range of file formats I have. in the future I will have a tv tuner streaming tv and an iphone.

I just installed windows 7. I have an athlon am2 3800+ and an ati 4830. When I was still using xp I was using media player classic and coreavc. I downloaded media player classic home cinema (for vista) and mkvs and everything seem to work ok (i have only just tested a few movies, i havent actually watched a movie yet) but when ever i open mpc it says missing some...

In heb geen idee, ik gebruik premiere niet (meer). Ik weet niet eens of die wel een log aanmaakt. Ik weet wel (schiet me nu pas te binnen) dat er wat problemen waren met realtec audio devices, althans de drivers daarvan. Dus als je een realtec audio kaart, of iets sound onboard mobo (zijn bijna allemaal realtec) zou dat zomaar je probleem kunnen zijn.

bonjour, je n'arrive pas à activer le DXVA, j'utilise bien mpcvideodec.ax mais non seulement, ça n'active pas le dxva mais ça devient tout saccadé et désynchro du son/image sur du 720p, que je peux lire d'habitude... J'ai une carte AH3450 sur un P4P800 E deluxe avec comme proco un P4 2.8Ghz, c'est pour une utilisation purement films.

MPC can decode videos with the help of your graphics card through its internal DXVA decoders. However, that requires a DXVA compatible graphics card. I don't know if the INternal GM965 is compatible. It is recommended to use the 32-bit MPC.
