ZYXI is your most classic example to me. You were right except for one component: ie you felt accounts receivable was not a problem but it was. End result you were lucky but not right. Mike was wrong too. Everybody including sam that jumped in was wrong because we all accepted accounts receivable was not a problem. The other point about DD is assessing or summarizing DD when you have done it. sam

Scoop - This is a classic example of a painted up PR. The first mistake was the 'final' negotiations... any self respecting company would of left of that final... and the flying colors was just so awful, that you have to wonder if they used a middle school class to write it. Great stuff. Classic example of one of the many stories that pop up about Cephas and the company never steps up and denies them. In fact, the company perpetuates them with well chosen words that leave the reader with subliminal messages in spite of no real hard statements of direction or progress. What you absolutely positively 1,000% DON'T need is a different caliber. There's nothing better on earth for deer than the .270 Win. A little overkill, but "more than perfect", let's say. I guarantee you the same animals shot with a same-constructed .30-06 or .300 win mag bullet would have reacted exactly the same way, and you would have lost them anyway. It's NOT caliber choice....
