LONDON (Reuters) - The number of Britons claiming jobless benefit in October rose by its smallest amount in 18 months, while the number of people in work rose for the first time in over a year, official data showed on Wednesday. It does say the Claimant, do you think the court has got it wrong? I am the Defendant btw. Maybe will check on Monday and if it is wrong then the panic mode will set and will need all the help I can get from you guys as it is not that long away HH

Let us keep this nice and simple. Maybe I should qualify the question and turn it into a philisophical one; how can there be an allegation of a crime if there is no claimant? For there to be a crime, there has to be an 'injured party'.
