Firstly Darren, let me congratulate you on the Demonata series - although it didn't pull at the heart-strings like the Saga did (like when Shancus died) it did create some great visuals and keep me entriced. While Cirque Du Freak is not the most faithful film to a book series, it certainly is very fun and entertaining. I was entertained, and the bottom line is that that is the important thing. Of course, when I heard there would be a film I wanted ti to be a dark, very creepy and mysterious version of the books, but instead we get a Hollywood-ized, stylized film with some comedy thrown in. hahaha Tiny does look like fester...XP and when make a book into a movie, the writter of the book bascialy has no say after he sell the rigths to make into a movie. Now if the athour was hired as witter for the movie then, they some contorl, or the geat a good director who listen to listen to what the athour wants then you have a movie, look at harry potter.
