I am look for something like a chocolate cheesecake pumpkin parfait. Out T-day guests list has been whittled down to 3 (!!!) so I don't want to make the huge pumpkin cheesecake I was planning on. Not quite sure how to scale it down to save time by serving it parfait style. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you!!
