When on the Europcar site I can't find Chiusi as one of the options as to where to pick up the car, but the forum says they have a rental place there. Is there another name?

I reserved a rental car for just 1 day with a small rental company in Chiusi. The quote includes CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP ( Theft Proction) WITH deductibles around 900 euro. I was told Super Cover ( 0 deductible) is only available for weekly rental. And if I were to decline CDW and TP, the price almost DOUBLE (3 digits! ) . Is this normal for renting a car for 1 ...

Etty44, Autoeurope is a broker. Hertz is about a two minute walk from the train station in Chiusi. Avis and Europecar are across the bridge in Po Bandino, a five minute cab ride.
