Of course they are Asian but there is a massive difference between Asians from SE Asia and other parts of the continent to Chinese, Koreans and Japanese who are (despite their differences) very similar in many ways. In their thinking, mannerisms, their writing etc

For Chinese, it appears Artest took it right off a web translator. Korean, there is apparently no such word. Or the translator I tried wasn't extensive enough.
