I am doing P90X and someone stole the chin-up bar that I was using for my chin-ups and pull ups. All I have are dumbells now. Can you guys give me some alternate workouts I can to instead of chin and pull ups during my workout? Thanks a ton. Zack

if you got a table or something try doing inverted rows with it until you can get a new pullup bar. But definatly get a pullup bar as soon as you can I got my iron gym for 20$ at sports authority.

^ You can do pull ups on on power racks pretty easily. If youre gym doesent have one, its not that big of a deal. Work some other pulling movements, there are tons of them.
