not full, not wide, upper chest has no mass, etc. anyone have any good exercises to create a better chest? i've been using dumbells i might just switch over to barbell bench, incline, dips, flies , etc. as for now i've been doing incline press, flat/incline flies, dips, cable cross overs, etc...

I had a cough for about 4-5 weeks and after it has mostly stopped. But the pain in my chest on my left lower side by my lower ribs hurts always hurt sitting standing no matter what it hurts and it wont stop. how can i get it to stop? i have asthma so i really cant bind it , have tried to couldn't for long. have also tried ice and heat they help for a bit but not for long.. so please help...

I feel it is an issue you might know about, or the way it has been set up; but when I recieve an energy in the chest it is only a small amount, while everyone else I see have a full refil for energy, but I dont see xp skulls on theirs and the are on the ones I get, and refil is soooooooooo good.

If I have an argument or smth, or somebody screams at me, a ball of energy forms, I feel it in my chest, wants to get out, it's nerve shattering!!!! I either have to HIT, SCREAM or THINK, think is hard in these situations and If I think the energy remains there.......Is there any technique like, I just move the energy to my hands and hit something and everything is fine huh?!?!
