What are you having done? Is it exterior painting of the walls only? I've got quotes for exterior work on our building which is 2 storey and has 6 apartments and it's no where near that for a quote, however it is a big expense for scaffolding/cherry picker. One of my quotes was out by £1k+ on the other 2.
