Get a quart of milk, cow, goat or camel; heat in a sauce pan but do not boil say get it close to 180*; add 4 tablespoons vinegar, lime or lemon juice (it just needs to be a food acid) stir and it will produce paneer, an Indian soft cheese. Strain through some coffee filters or clean socks if you have to, pat dry and you're good to go. Michael Means
