I usually order a new truck every year. It is the same truck, Chevy diesel 3500 4x4cab and chasis, then install a flatbed for work purposes. I have used the same dealer and salesman for years. This year, he said Chevy will not allow me to order a 2010 at this time. I ask why, he states Chevy has stopped taking orders of this truck at this time because a new engine is being placed in these trucks...

I'm building a 71 Chevelle that is meant to recreate the 1:1 my son and I rebuilt for his first car (lucky stiff!!!).  It's 1/25th and so is the Chevelle. The 442 chasis is much more detailed and I'm thinking about plundering the 442 kit for the chasis on this very important (to me) Chevelle build. Any idea if it will fit? Both are AMT kits in 1/25th and both real cars are A-body GMs. 69 ...

I have never made anything like this but I have seen some on line and It has been a project I have wanted to try for about a year now. Wondering if the 3/4" would be strong enough to support this set...

I was under my vw jetta yesterday. I noticed the frame has been coated with a RHINO LINER or line-x type material. Sometimes I travel into the snow or humid areas by the beach. Why does ford not weatherproof the Ford Chasis on the cars like the german cars? WEIRD

I am assuming that the 4runner rear and surf rear are the same.... I have been looking around for an adjustable panhard rod, and have been told that a drop bracket is all that is needed to lower the panhard on the chasis (drivers side) does this sound right ? what would be your recommendations ? cheers

HI all, I recently purchased a supermicro chasis with 16 disks a 3ware 9690 and have raided 14 x 1.5TB disks to a 16TB, RAID 6 with hot spares. Anyway, I am having huge problems with copying files. 234/1 Heavy Armored Car, 1944 First Images Here are the first images of the 234/1 heavy armored car. It is my favorite of the 234 series. The chasis of this vehicle is the same as the 234/2 (Puma) that I posted earlier in the year. The turret is the wonderful 2cm Hangelafette (swinging mount) 38 that I got from Dennis (thetoysurgeon). Thanks again Dennis! The turret is a ...

Anyone have Drobo? You know....the psuedo raid system that cost almost 4 hundred bucks for the chasis.... I just saw 1T internal seagate drives at BestBuy for 79.00. This means I can get 4 Terabytes for about 280.00 plus tax. So for about 650 I can have somewhere between 3-4T with full redundancy.... It's getting closer...but still a good chunk of money. Not far off though....
