How can I disable the expired color print cartridge on my OfficeJet 7110 so it will print in black only? I get the message that the printing is cancelled because the color cartridge is expired. I never use the color and dont want to pay for the color cartridge. HP was unable to give me any help. Thank you for any help!

My 6110 all in one printer is giving me an error message saying "Error--Right Cartridge Incorrect". I have taken both cartridges out, unplugged the printer, reinstalled them, and plugged it back in and it still has same error. Any suggestions??

Cyan ink was out so can only print in black. I had just replaced this cartidge a couple of months ago but bought a new one. When I installed it, the message still says Replace empty Cyan cartridge. Expiration dates on both old and new cartridges are good. Any suggestions?

Would anyone know why my Photosmart C7280 will not accept an hp magenta cartridge. The display reads "The following ink cartridge cannot be used after device initialization and must be replaced." it is possible this cartridge was an unopened installation unit. But, I don't know why that would make a difference. Thanks for any help. jr

I have an Officejet J6480 all in one printer. I loaded a new black ink cartridge today and the allignment failed. I followed all the instructions several times, tried cleaning the cartridges, but it still doesn't work.
