I somewhat enjoy working out. I am deathly afraid of developing diabetes. I am African-American and I've seen reports where it says 1 out of 2 African-Americans will develop diabetes. I want to live a long healthy life if I can help it. I want to reduce my chances for cancer and heart disease. I don't break out as much when I exercise regularly.
