Hi all, I'm pretty clueless with this kind of stuff and am stuck. Picked up my "new" car last week and I can't figure out how to programme the radio stations to the memory. Tried holding the button in but didn't set it. This is what it looks like: any pointers? Thanks

Ok I recently just got a new set up for my ride, unfortunately my Ipod touch 2nd generation isn't supported by my stereo, it seems like every other ipod is though. . So Ive been just making CD's thus so far and Ive been wondering if I could improve the music quality some how, by idk maybe burning it with a different format? i have recently installed new car stereo in a 2004 Chevy Tahoe it turns on but i get no voice unless i connect my red wire to my blue power antenna and when i do connect them i get a static sound when the volume is on low but its the only way it works but when the volume is high its fine it goes away.when i installed the stock stereo on again to see if it had the same prob..but it didn't it was...
I have a Blaupunkt Melbourn car stereo with the Blaupunkt USB/Bluetooth Interface installed in my car and it used to work just fine with my Sprint Mogul and Touch Pro, but I can't seem to make it work with my Hero. Oops yeah it's the ida-X001, got it in 2007 and still works great , thank God I waited to buy the bluetooth adapter until the 400BT came out, and it works great, only thing had to buy a special adapter for the x001 since it was a couple years older...
