I am going to serve a Caprese salad (you know the kind - mozzarella, tomatoes, olive oil,
basil, drizzle of balsamic vinegar) and am wondering how far in advance I can assemble it? I'd like to make it at 2:30 and serve it at 6:30. Is this two far in advance? Perhaps if I assemble the salad but don't do the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper until just before serving? Thanks. Marina
