I have one 30 pound Canister of freon r12 that I bought new about 15 years ago. The brand is "chargette refrigerant 12", and is still in the original box. I believe this to be virgin freon. I did use a couple of pounds out of it to have a motorhome recharged. So it is not entirely full, but pretty close. The canister now weighs just shy of 27 lbs. Call 412-953-0254 Read ...

Has anyone used a canister filter (like a magnum 350) as a return pump from their sump? I have access to at least one of these filters relatively cheaply. I dont have the tank set up yet, but if this would work I'd probably grab it while I can Thanks for the advice.

Hey guys, planning on removing the carbon canister in my s13 so I can run a cold air intake. On my canister I can see four lines or pipes(whatever you want to call them) and from what I have read most only have 3 lines. Now I belive that you are ment to leave the line open that runs to the fuel tank so that it can vent the pressure. I am not sure which ones to plug and which ones to leave open. ...

REALLY! My Doc had a BIG canister of the nitrogen. My cost with my killer HMO over 65 health plan cost me just a co/pay of $15. It cost my $85 per month for that plan. It also takes over when medicare runs out on certain coverages. Like Nursing homes, home care.

Hey guys, Just plumbing the fuel lines on my race car & I want to be able to use the breather line for a return line. Now before you read me the riot act, its a track car only, it hasn't had a charcoal canister for the 2 years I've ran it and I haven't had a problem. Originally I just removed the canister & connected the in/out lines together where it vents into the chassis rail. But ...

Has anyone ever used one of these? Are they easy to use, are they effective? I'm wondering if its a worthwhile investment. Harbor Freight has them for around 70-80 bucks, I've seen them on sale for 60 though. Just curious, Thanks guys. Happy Thanksgiving

I setup a 150G tank about 6 months ago. When i first set it up all i had access to was a Fluval 404. I knew that it wouldnt be long before my water started to get worse and worse. I came up with an idea for a home-made canister filter. I got lucky when i was digging through my aquarium stuff and found a Little Giant 300gph submersible pump. I went to the local hardware store and checked out the ...
