I have been to my dentist and she has decided i need my front two teeth crowned, but not for sure if they need root canals. I have an appointment with the endodontist soon but today my tooth chipped and i really hate the way it looks. I really dont wanna be like this so i was wondering if you can get the temporary crowning and fitting before knowing if i need the root canals. Do the root canals ...

“I miss the canals,” Relamun muttered while polishing the golden lion head on his chestpiece. “Hrmph,” came the return, along with a roll of the eyes from Dorganosia. Relamun slowly looked up from his task and opened his mouth to respond but seemed unable to form any words. “Well? Go ahead, try and convince me that the humans deserve anything more than a swift death after ignoring our ...

I thought I read somewhere, either in a guidebook or on this site, that rooms overlooking the canals are noisy. I know this is a problem some people would love to have, a room with a canal view. But I'm not one of them, if it means noise through the night: I'm a light sleeper, what can I say. And I like 6-7 hours sleep, the better to enjoy things, including the canals, during the day....

Dr. Gary, I had a root canal done in March of 2009 after no relief and two rounds of antibiotics my Endodontist did a root canal above the tooth in the gum line. The Dr. told me to give the tooth 6 months to heal. It's been about 6 motnhs, and the pain is still there. Have you ever heard of anything like this, and if so what more can I do to relieve myself of this pain? I'm starting to feel like ...

IT IS heartening to learn from Wednesday's report, 'Work to expand canals next year', that PUB intends to take concrete steps in the wake of what was described as 'an extraordinarily intensive storm on Nov 19'. I hope this will go at least some way to relieve the anxiety of residents in the flood-prone Bukit Timah area. Full Story

One day for peacocks in the canals, one day for largemouth in the 'glades. Just two weeks hence. It's all I'm thinking about. I tied these to toss into the salad - on 2/0 Ad Sweir Pike Hooks with mono weedguard. The flies measure 6" long and have a slider design head that I spun tight, but not too tight. They should pick up a bit of water and ride low, or even just below the surface throwing ...

There were a couple of significant waterfront sales of Bellevue homes during November. The first was in Newport Shores, on the South end of Bellevue. The canals in this neighborhood create many homes with waterfront access. A home on Crescent Key sold for $1.35 million after being on the market for about 6 months. This 3 bed, 2.25 bath home is large at 3300 sq ft, and was built in the ...

I had two root canals done in two teeth about 4 months ago. I have not been able to afford getting the permanent crown on both so I have just been waiting. Well, I pulled the entire root canal out with one of the pins. I was eating something and it kind of crunched and came out. What should I do? I am freaking out a little and cannot get into my dentist for at least 2-3 days (I have ...
