My dd goes to an in-home daycare and the DCP saw someone in her yard, sort of hiding behind a tree. Then while she was calling the police she saw him go over and "casually" open her neighbor's mailbox. I'm quite glad she has dogs right now. She was quite freaked out.

There is car parked in front of my house, on the other side of the road. It doesn't belong there, and there is no reason to be in front of my house. I live on a dead end street with no neighbors across from me...or really anywhere near me. It's been there for about 2 hours. It seems it was basically abandonded. How long would you wait? Update...a kid, maybe 17 or 18 ...
