It doesnt really hurt until something touches it. I dont know if its normal healing or not... since Ive just started getting feeling back ...

I had a csection December 2nd so 11 days ago. Sometimes when I cough one side of my incision burns like. My husband has looked at it and it isn't red or anything and it's still closed up. I had the Durabond glue externally and stitches internally. Someone told me that if its the side the doctor stood on it could be a little more sore also if it was the side the baby laid on that could cause...

What was the difference between your emotional connection with your children? I had a csection and although I know I will alwayslove and protect my son to the fullest... I cant help but feel disconnected with him on some sort of level because of the csecton. I feel I got robbed of that personal emotional intimate experience. Im also afraid though, that if next time I choose to give birth and do ...

I have to have my csection on Tuesday due to complications. We've known this since week 17 when the problems were found but I never thought to ask about Spinal vs. Epidural. I am currently in the hospital now on bedrest waiting for the csection date. I've spoken with the anesthesiologist and he has explained the differences. His recommendation is for the spinal. Just curious what other ...

I'm just curious what ya'll opinion is on this. I had to have a csection with my daughter because of a very long labor and supposedly her head swelled up from the pressure. It was pretty traumatic considering I had never had any major surgery before this. And ended up being put under general because epidural would not work. I want to try for a VBAC with this baby because I kinda feel like I ...

I keep getting stabbing pains radiating up through my uterine area. I don't know if this is something related to having had 2 csections or the Mirena. Like just now, I am sitting here and feel it. A few hrs ago, I was standing the bathroom watching Dd use the potty and felt it but on the other side. It happens so randomly that I can't pinpoint anything that could be causing it.

There was a bit that said it was unacceptable to leave women alone when theyre in labour... isn't that really unrealistic? They cant possibly expect 1 to 1 care for hours and hours. I was left alone for 90% of my labour

I did have to have a C Section. Gibson moved again breech right after induction. I am 7 days out. I am doing really well. I do not have much pain at all and was wondering if you guys do not mind answering, I am doing dishes, laundry, giving the 3 year old a bath. The only thing I am not doing is lifting anything but the baby. Is this ok? How long did it take you guys to get back to doing normal ...

I see she was born via csection last night. When was the due date - does anyone know? How hard to be in the public eye with this. I hope for the best for them all. My concern is thrush. I had a csection October 9th and my incision opened as a result I have been on three courses of antiobiotics. Each of these have been followed by a yeast infection. I saw my GP this week and he prescribed the flucanazole for 2 weeks and the APNO cream. It has helped tremendously! MY nipple is healing from a huge crack and I am feeling much better. I am also doing the...

Here is my update from my appt today. I am on Lovenox 2x's a day until 36 wks where they would switch me to Heparin until I deliver via planned csection on Feb. 19th. My dr is a little concerned because I keep getting nose bleeds really bad on these injections. PLUS, the shots are so frustrating to me, they hurt, I am bruised and honestly, I have given up on them. WHen I told the dr this ...

I just saw as 'breaking news' Michelle Duggar delivered baby #19 by emergency csection. I guess she was flown by helicoptor to a bigger hospital last week because she has really bad gallstones. They said she was fine & were hoping to just treat everything by pain meds until delivery, but apparently something majorly changed and they delivered her by emergency csection last night/early this ...

My DD was scheduled to have a Csection delivery the 18th but the baby decided to come early. The unscheduled C-section this morning went well. I have another "pretty and perfect" little granddaughter...Atreya Arielle (not sure of the spelling yet) Wasn't able to be there for this one so am anxiously waiting some photos- the kids were kind of rushed and left home without their camera. They were ...
