So CD1 for me today. :( This was my first month trying and I totally feel into the trap of believing all my symptoms. Anyway off to the next cycle. I do have a few questions though. I always spot for a day, then full flow comes the next day. Anyone else out there with this situation? And, do you count the spotting or the full flow day as CD1?

Heres to yet another month, af arrived a day earlier than expected. We thought id already OV at the normal cd19 but didn?t then got OV pains on the fri, but obviously it happened already as LP is always 14days.
