http://thekneeslider.com/archives/20...as-georgead es/ In spite of always regarding the 6-cyl. CBX as an exercise in demonstrating Honda's 4-stroke expertise, I used to drool over these back in the day and dreamt of someday owning one. Looks like it's been taken to a whole new level! Here's the factory 'stocker'...

The V12 Andreas isn't just one of those concept motorcycles that won't ever turn into reality, but a running cafe racer that originally started life as a Honda CBX, which was a six-cylinder UJM (Universal Japanese Motorcycle). Although what Andreas came up with is anything but universal, his custom Honda CBX V12 Cafe Racer is actually powered by two such engines, which have been joined ...

As a former Honda CBX owner I found this article at 'Fasterandfaster.net'... ..and I have always liked the sight of that awesome six cylinder Engine. Here you have the version of two CBX Engines in one bike See below: A V12-engined Honda CBX is just the thing you need to show those Yamaha VMax and Triumph Rocket III guys a thing or two... Weve said this often in the ...

Don't know if this has been posted elsewhere but I saw it this morning on deauvilleuk.org and put it on mc-mc.com as well as here...... Ever wonder what would happen if you stuck TWO CBX engines together, well ths guy has done it.... whilst he sounds quite obviously South African, this has to be Southern California or somewhere like that.... Enjoy... http://www.honda-tech.com/...

There are 2 in Chilliwack, one at Powertop sports, the honda dealer and a privately owned 1980 that has been converted to a mono shock suspension/swingarm. I saw one in Kamloops with the same setup.

I put a lot of miles on a 79 Honda CBX1000 6 cyl. It wins hands down for most reliable. Never stopped running. I had an RD350 Yamaha that I gave away. For some reason, I could not make it run right and gave up.
