I replaced the 288's for stock cams. I've noticed with the aligment tool, the new cams were off half a tooth on both sides, that shouldn't cause the horible knocking,right? sounds like its coming for cylinder 1. Who's got Schrick cams? Just thinking (again) about doing this to my car, is it worth it? If I am right in thinking, do the heads need some work to allow this mod? If so, how much work do they need? i was thinking of installing some 2.0 cams over the winter, and i know theres alot of talk whether they are worth the install or not, and i know stock turbo its not really worth it. but what about a 50trim?? like to see some people running them with a 50 trim
