If you have your nutritional macros down, but lacking in cals can you add in olive oil for the extra cals? I'm already getting at least 1g of Protein per lb. So is it fine to get about 1000cals or more from Olive Oil if your lacking? Why Olive Oil? - I love the taste - Ease and Convenience - Can't eat that much throughout the day due to busy schedule - Very Healthy - Very Calorie ...

Hi everyone, ok...short and sweet low down here. I burn about 2000 cals/day on average in the gym, plus whatever I burn with weight training. I eat about 1200-1400 per day. I'm down to 144 lbs, started at 270 lbs. I think I've been in starvation mode for the past year, since beginning to exercise and eat healthy. So...now, any time I want to eat something tasty (take-out, even ...

I know most of you are hard into diet as am I, but I wanted to get opinion on 1200cals of say pretzels (not much protein..thats why i chose pretzels) vs. 1200 cals beer. I know you have to burn off the alcohol cals before you can begin burning fat again, but is there a big difference in terms of fat loss between the two? If everything is still the same/no binging after drinking (no excess ...

Does Technet Plus Direct provide any paper CALs for testing EBS 2008 (Essential Business Server)? If not how are we suppose to test EBS? I was told that, you do not have to enter the CALs, because it is based on an honour system. Has anyone had experience of this in EBS2008? Can technet plus direct subscription send me paper CALs? if so how do we request for them? The biggest...

Hi guys, Firstly, love this forum - so nice to see other people in the same situation :) I'm 5"3 and 89 lbs, my goal weight is 93 (and then 100 in the future). For now, I'm targetting eating 1650 calories per day... and here's the problem.... I often feel SO stuffed that I find it difficult to reach that goal and usually end up eating a more manageable 1300-1400 calories... I feel like ...

I have AF, cramps and a migraine and I'm breaking even with eating and burning. I'm not happy about this but trying to cut my self some slack knowing there are no more excuses by Monday (or tomorrow?). I don't know if I"m doing the right thing by cutting myself some slack because I feel horrible or if I"m setting myself up to fail by making excuses. Ack!

Just wondered if people plan their meals beforehand to avoid anxiety that can come with making decisions, or if they just have what they fancy and calculate the cals there and then? Im experimenting with what works best for me, I have general staples that I use (ie 10-15 options for each meal) and then mix it up a bit depending on what ive got in, how much time I have etc, but i'd really like to...

So I realized at 9:30pm I had only consumed a little over 1000 cals and wasn't hungry. So I decided a shake was a good option and created this: 28g raw peanuts -159cal 55 baking coco -15 cal 1cup skim milk- 91 cal 1 scoop protein shake stuff- 100cal 2 equal Total cal 365 I put a little of the milk and all the peanuts into my "magic bullet" (love that thing) and made watery ...

Hey guys, Have been doing a bulk for 4 weeks after coming off a successful cut during the summer. I've definitely added weight but most of it is fat (ratio of fat to muscle gain is about 3:2). My diet is BMR +500 cals (though admittedly it's sometimes not as clean as it should be). I'm pleased that I've gotten stronger but the added fat is quite demotivating. I'm skinny fat so I ...

So Back in the day (a year ago) Blackberry used to offer a version of BES that had a artificial 15 user cap and included one CAL for free. You could purchase other CALS. I am interested in moving to 5.0, however, I still see there is nothing on the migration path for Small Business users. Has anyone heard anything? Tsupport looks like it has even been changed so buying a $400 dollar contract ...

Does anyone else just have a hard time staying on the stepper? Kinda brutal, right? An hour is 500+ cals. Make it worse do you just get board? My dorky solution is to take my labtop in and strap it to the screan. I play Call of Duty. My OCD takes over well keeps my ADD in check. Anyone else have any tricks?

Ok, so I have a client, 5'6", 157lbs when she started, she's 44. She was eating approx 800 cals a day when we started. She was strarving herself. Immediately I put her up to around 1400, but after looking at her diet she was still only getting around 1200 spaced through 5 meals. My attempts to convince her to raise them werent really successful, but she lost 2 1/2 inches off her waist during ...
