document.write(' '); Personally, I don't like CAAD at all and there are so many other good frames out there. However, whenever people talk about al. frame, lots of people talk like a rule that we have to get CAAD. For example, http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...30599&page= 501 I understand that CAAD is little bit lighter but frame ...

document.write(' '); Hello, I'm pretty new to cycling, and have a question that I was unable to find answers to in this or other forums, and here it goes: I have a 2008 Cannondale CAAD 9-7. The bottom bracket it came with is a Shimano BB-UN26 with a 110mm spindle length. I recently upgraded my components from ...

Great condition...this bike can win races. Let me know if you want pictures or if you want to take it for a test spin. I am located in Dallas. The frame has many many years left on it, but there is a small ding in the top tube. It does not affect the integrity of the frame at all. I will sell without the wheels for cheaper if you are interested in that, too. 2005 ...

document.write(' '); I have been riding a Specialized Roubaix for some time and want to enter criterium racing. I want to get the best bike that I can, but realize that crashing is almost a certainty at my level. It was suggested by other racers that I start with something like a CAAD 9 or Cervelo S1. My aim was to purchase the 2010 CAAD 9 ...

Looking to buy my first road bike. Lots to choose from. One of the better known shops has a Caad 9.5 and a Opus Allegro (2007) which both fit me. Similar price. Opus bike (never used) has a full carbon frame and 105 components with Ultegra drivetrain. Tires and wheels - Shimano WH R500 wheels and Vittaria Zaffino tires on the Opus, and Shimano RS 10 and Vittoria Zaffiro Pro Slick on the Caad -...

First solo century is finally done now. I over-hydrated and took eleven freaking pee breaks. Eleven unnecessary stop/start cycles seriously hurt my finishing time. Also, that 1000-pound head, legs and arms thing hit me at mile 80. Ride data below: Miles = 101.07 Ride time = 6.41 hours Elapsed time = 7.43 hours Ambient temp = 51-69 degrees(was expecting 75, so I under-dressed) Avg speed = ...

Don't remember where or even what forum it was on but someone claimed they found a cheapy at their local parts place that fit a modern BMW filter just by taking a filter to the store and trying everything they had. And then there is the cheap plastic one available mail order- adequate for properly torqued filters though possibly inadequate for gorilla jobs. I use the BMW supplied or Mahle ...
