need some input on o2 bung on mpx exhaust Ok I have the stage 2 pcm which eleminates the o2 sensor by the cat right? I'm getting ready to order the mpx dual exit exhaust I have a wideband so sould I just zip tie the o2 sensor up and use the bung for my o2 or should I pay an extra 30 bucks and get a bung welded. And have both hooked up?...

was wondering if anyone has a picture of where they drilled and welded the bung for the O2 sensor for their A/F gauge. my innovate gauge should be here any day. i am guessing somewhere on the crosspipe between the headers...thanks!

So, I got some sexy dahlback DP's, and Im having some things done to them before I install them, v-banded test pipes and a wideband bung. I know the bung should go on the Driver's side (richer) but where exactly have you placed the bung on the downpipe so that the sensor for the wideband doesn't hit anything or is impossible to get to later. I just removed my piggies and installed my new ssac downpipes (which i love by the way) Anyway my piggies had the wideband o2 bung installed on the pass side. With the new downpipes the added diameter makes it hard to install the bung on the passenger side. Does it make a difference as to what downpipe the 5th wideband o2 sensor taps into? It would be so much easier for me ...

OK, I have a stock cat on a 2.0 duratec. I will be purchasing the xcal 3 and aem afr gauge soon. For the location of the bung to install the UEGO sensor Is its ideal to install it as close as possible to the first O2 sensor of the header coming from the engine? Does anyone have any pictures on this that they can post?

got the bung welded today and installed the A/F gauge, let the bike warm up and took it out for a spin. Idle is a bit rich 12:1 1/4 throttle is spot on 13:1 3/4 throttle to full throttle is a bit lean from 14:1 to 14.6:1 over run is VERY lean and i've seen it go up to 15:1 - 16:1 with lots of popping. first plan is to get the mains dialed and work my way down from ...

why do they relocate the downstream o2 sensor when your remove the precats? i saw a write up where they just added some sort of extension to the threads on the bung instead... id rather not re-weld new bungs in the pipes if i dont have it. any ideas?
