I've acquired a 1954 Buick Riviera Hardtop Special and need help in identifying engine. Trying to find harmonic balancer and exhaust manifolds but my casting numbers don't seem to jive! I'm looking at one of these small Buicks thats for sale but needs all four floor pans. Does anyone know who sells floor pans for these cars or if they are even made after market. Also, do these cars have a full frame or sub-frames? Thanks in advance.

i have a running 1954 buick special 2 door with a 264 has new water pump and new fuel pump! this is a project but a lot of potential! Or use use it for parts perfect hood passenger door is perfect left fender is good! trunk is perfect!! needs glass and interior I have seats but they have seen better days!!
