...rad.from junk yd. and i have the same p? oroblem. i am thinking about a aux. cooler & want to know is ther ANY OTHER WAY for the fluid to get into the radiator other than thru a bad trans cooler in the radiator. I am at wits end & ineed help desperately. PLEASE HELP !!

I bought this for parts and for a backup engine for my T. I don't need anything else off it and figured maybe someone else could use it. I took a few things off, but for the most part the major stuff is there. The radiator, fan, thermostat housing, generator and bracket are gone from the engine. I'm Looking For A '62 Lesabre 3rd Member To Put Into My '59 Buick Rear End Housing. A Guy I Know Did The Swap In His '59 Buick And Converted His To An Open Drive Line. Then 4 Linked The Rear. I see most people are saying two hours. I would guess that is correct, but i have never changed a water pump on a 2002 lesabre. My mechanic at "Performance" charges around $70 an hour. So 2(hours) x 70(labor cost per hour) = Around $140.00 Hope this answers your question. Good luck!

Call your local police department, they usually have the tool needed to get in. Do not call them if you have any illegal stuff in the car though.

Stick a skinny rod piece of coat hanger in the plug hole so it hits the piston, when it reachs to top you can tell by the movement of the rod, try and get someone to at least turn the crank or watch the movement of the indicator you use.

1997 Buick Lesabre w/ 72000 miles. The interior lights just started blinking when the car is off and locked. Tried pulling the fuse for interior lamps and it wont shut them off. Drained the battery as it is not a daily driver.
