We found a budgerigar a few weeks ago and despite much effort to find its owner we have not been successful. Therefore we are looking to find a good home for him. He is healthy and friendly male bird, coloured yellow and blue. Ideally we'd like him to go to someone with an aviary for we believe that he is lonely. Does anyone have an aviary or know anyone who keeps budgerigars that might be ...

While walking the other week, my family found a budgerigar. Despite advertising, no-one has come to claim it and so my children want to keep it as a pet. It is presently in a 6ft x 3ft wooden shed. I cleared this out and put in a branch plus many other toys and perches that my children have bought for it. Now that the weather is starting to turn colder we are worried that it might get too ...

I used to keep Budgies outside all year in an aviary, they were fine, even in snow. They are very hardy birds and pretty destructive if bored. I think Whipsnade used to have a free flying flock out all year that had to be restricted after it developed a habit of descending on orchards and decimating them.

Thanks for that advice. We may have found a home for him. My wife hasd been in contact with someone who breeds budgies and has three large aviaries. So we have arranged to take him there next weekend.

Vixianna Vasha Molokai Seltaya I think a good question that you kind of skipped, is do animals enjoy having sex? Many species of animals have sex when there is no chance of reproduction, so I think it would be a safe bet that yes, they do enjoy sex. Such general claims b***h, proof with numbers and cites, now. Aw, look, the little imbecile is still trying to insult ...
