Used a 10mm on an Escort wheel cylinder line. Used PB blaster and heat and it wouldn't budge. It finally slipped and rounded the fitting off. I had to use my universal line wrench........vice grips. It came off but I tore up the fitting so bad I went ahead and bent a new line. For the people with the Snap-on line wrenches: Have you ran into a line where the Snap-on slipped? Keep ...

I'm trying to use the bolt on tensioner to give me enough slack to remove the belt (turning clockwise of course), but it won't budge. I can pull up on the belt itself and see the pulley swivel, but that's about it. The serpentine belt's tensioner is cooperative though. No problems with that at all. Does anyone have any suggestions? Nevermind. I was able to ...

In some older threads the names of Budge, Vines and Perry came up. They formed a wonderful trio of contemporary greats like Borg, Connors and Mac later. Throw in people like von Cramm, Nuesslein, Crawford, old Tilden and young Riggs, and you have a most formidable line-up in the 30s. Sadly, due to the amateur-pro-split the picture is somewhat unclear. Although most experts would rank Budge first...

Now even Jeff Long (SEE OTHER GSD THREAD FOR link) won't budge for YEARS on so many games being played in LR> This is not a GSD thread so much as I want to see what ya'll think about it PURELY from the recruiting angles. NO VISITS FOR THE LSU GAME!?!?! Really!?!? So what I am saying is we can NEVER HOST a kid from Louisianna on a visit for the LSU game? What if he is actually trying ...

The tank is three years old and the valve functioned two months ago. Now it's stuck and won't budge even with persuasion. This is a SoCal trailer. Any thoughts?

I need to change my valve cover gasket and I need to remove the EGR tube. I've sprayed it with penetrating oil and put a wrench on it and beat with a hammer and even standing on the engine and ptting my foot on it and the nuts wont budge. Anybody have this problem or what a good way to break the nuts loose. I have another tube if I break this one.

This shower valve is about 20 years old. I believe it is a Grohe. I cannot figure out how to dismantle it. It seems as if there should be a removable cap at the end of the handle, but nothing wants to budge. The screws securing the escutcheon plate can be removed, but removal of the plate itself is blocked by the lever. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
