Nickel or copper plated buckshot I assume that nickel plated and copper plated buckshot helps prevent defromation of the pelets once it hits the target. How much of a differnce does this make in terms of penetration? Does the nickel plated or copper plated pellets really penetrate much more than non plated pellets?...

I am selling my son's Parker Buckshot. He has used it for a couple of years, but it is in good shape. It has the 40-50 pound limbs installed AND the 30-40 pound limbs come with it. The strings, cables and limbs were new in August. It comes with everything pictured except the arrows (if they push you over the edge, then I guess I could be talked into including them too). I am asking $215 ...

Buckshot Tires I am going to buy tires soon and have been thinking about getting Maxxis Buckshots for my 1993 s10 4.3L 4x4. Does anyone know if they handle well on snow and ice like they do in mud? Or if you can suggest other tires that are good in mud and snow. 235/75/15's are ...

When using buckshot for deer do you really need plated shot or is solid lead OK. I just wonder about penetration. I have some 3" 000 buck that is plated and 3" 00, that is all lead. Got an invite to go to southern VA this week on a dog hunt and was told to bring both rifle and shotgun.

I Just finished hacking an S600 I have done a few befor this one. for this one I used Buckshots video's. needless to say the wire routing and little tips he gives makes it so much easier. I did the 4 wire hack with externals. Thanks to buckshot I found it very easy and enjoyable.. Just waiting for the stero jack to arive since the wires are already through the tripod hole I will just use my ...

I have 3 boxes of 5 RIO buckshot, Rio is a Spanish company that makes high-quality ammo. Many people with those fancy O/U shotguns use Rio shotshells. $5 a box. MAK90 thumbhole buttstock, like new with swivel & rubber buttpad. $15

Anyone used this yet? Is it even for sale yet? It looks great and on the face of it would be great for call of duty and house of the dead, but reviews complain of inaccessible buttons. http://gonintendo.com/viewstory.php?id=92093

I have a 12ga Mossberg 500A Persuader with a 20in barrel/magazine tube that I bought last year before the election. The question I have might sound stupid but this whole thing is a learning experience for me. I have about 10 rounds of Remington 00 buckshot 9 pellet, another 5 rounds of Winchester Super X 12ga 00 buckshot 9 pellet rounds. Not including about 100 rounds of bird shot for ...

The older CJ crowd will probably understand my insanity with asking these questions. What manufacturer, if any still makes a 70's - 80's vintage looking mud tire? I'm looking for something like the old Gateway Buckshot or Gumbo Mudder tread design in a 31/10.50/15 size. Can you even still get the old cheapy, CO-OP Grip Spurs? The reason I'm asking this is obviously not because I am...

Details: I wanted to see if a makeshift double layer of brick wall could stop 12 gauge 00 buckshot at close range; in previous testing one layer wasn't enough to stop lead fragments and the occasional pellet from penetrating the bottle (they didn't exit the 10 liter bottle). I video them for my own viewing, but I thought I may as well share it. Weapon: 20" 12 gauge coach gun; first shot is...

(Sorry. I had to remove links. They got gnarled up. I need coaching on posting photos.) I finally made time and went to a range where I could fire buckshot. Weapon: Mossberg 500 Persuader 12 gauge with full stock and cylinder bore 20" barrel. Only adds to it are a Marble tritium bead, laserlyte tri-rail and TAC STAR Side Saddle. Range: Indoor with 22 yard maximum distance. (Except for slug ...

"The perforations are made with the finest rock salt quarried from a small salt mine in Northern Wales, and then fired from a side-by-side Purdey shotgun. Some of our competitors, we regret to say, use clumped table salt and and over-and-under shotgun, and even - horrors - a pump action weapon. And you may find that some of the lesser brands import their perforations from China."
