Tried broadhead broadhead tuning my bow today with no luck. My field point continues to hit to the right of my bh. Moved my rest to no avail. Double checked the spline of my arrows to make sure that's not the problem. Watched a video to verify proper form. Can't seem to figure it out. I ended up just setting my sight fo bh only. I must be overlooking something basic because I was unable to ...

I read earlier where someone else on nodakoutdoors found a broadhead in his deer this year. I found one in mine today. I killed the deer below the last weekend of the season. I wanted to try my hand at a European mount, so I started skinning the skull this afternoon. If it weren't for that, I never would have found the broadhead fragments. I started at the nose and worked my ...

I have searched the old posts, and I still haven't really determined the BEST broadhead target(s) available guys. Can anyone help? While we're at it, your pick on the BEST AFFORDABLE FIELD POINT TARGET would be appreciated too. Thanks guys.

If you have a bow that the field points and broadheads have different point of impacts other than re-sighting (for the broadheads) or trying different broadheads. What can be done to correct the problem? I read one time you needed to tune the bow to the broadhead by moving the rest a little at a time until you get the field point and broadhead at the same point of impact. Then re-sight the bow ...

guys, I have a nearly new reinhart broadhead buck target for sale. I am in Kansas City, don't really want to ship as it would be expensive. It's probably only had 2-3 dozen target point shot at it. It just isn't working for me. $130 picked up in KC.

I did the same process that Doc posted to broadhead tune my Drenalin for strikers. I previously shot rages but wanted to try something new. My strikers now hit with my fieldpoints but when I shot a rage it was about 3 inches low? I shoot a 70/28 drenalin with a QAD, 400 FMJ arrows. Does this make any sense?

> Found a new broadhead, and I believe it's better than a Rage. After passing a smaller buck seconds earlier, this one hopped the fence and was on top of me before I knew it. It wasn't a complete pass through, but I saw him fall. He left a good blood trail, but it wasn't needed because he only went about five yards. Chalk one up for my Z71 and about...

For the bowhunters out there, what are you using for hogs. I currently have some easton gold tip arrows and muzzy 100gr broadheads and was nervous on using this on hogs due to the lite weight. Should I move to a heavier broadhead, or maybe one with only two blades? What about arrows, would my old aluminum lincoln logs work better. Ranges that I'm looking at would be 30yds max

I've laid 27 to rest with tha ole 100 gr thunder head but in my opinion all the fixed blades are close to the same.. The only reason i stick with the T.H's is cause they have never let me down.... But remember the most important part is not the bow, arrow or broad head it's all about shot placement the rest can be done with anything you have confidence in....

I shoot GT 7595's... GT5575 PRO's.... CF Radial Xweave PRO 300's.... CE 350 3D selects ( 1 good one left that I haven't given away) and CE Maxima 250's (have 1 for testing) the only difference in POI is at longer ranges where arrow weight comes into play. All in all the PRO 300's out shoot all of them. Thats because they have no physical spine from wrapping longitudinal carbon fibers around a ...

I shot a buck about 15 years ago during rifle season. While gutting him I was surprised to find his chest cavity was full of a pinkish foam like material. As I was cutting through it I hit something metal. He had a broadhead and about 5-6 inches of aluminum arrow shaft in his chest. An area on the inside of his chest cavity was raw from the tip of the broadhead rubbing on it. He seemed ...
