Console crashes and bricking I am a advid video gamer and one thing i noticed is companys tend to run a system out and not consider quality. Once the consoles hits the shelves its not working or it adventually breaks after 3 to 6 months. Now so far Nintendo has been careful with quality of a built console despite how small or cheaper the components are. But ...

I thought that people might like to see this information from Intel on the SSD drive bricking issue & Windows 7. Quote: We have been contacted by users with SSD issues after using the firmware upgrade tool (version 1.3) in a Windows 7* 64bit environment. Intel has replicated the issue on 34nm SSDs (X25-M) and is working on a fix. http...

While redoing the kitchen I have removed an old extractor fan from the outside wall, only to discover a gaping hole in the wall.. My intention is to replace that with a 100mm vent pipe. I can center the pipe alright, but I'm wondering what the best way to fill the space around? It's way to big to use expandable foam (tho technically possible). Or just fill it with debris and fill ...

Antinori, Piero Tuscany, Italy Tignanello Blend 1997 $69.99 13.5% Fairly clear, ruby-violet core, showing some red bricking towards the rims, looks middle-aged, decent shine across the surface. Cedar, balsamwood, rose petals, almost minty, lean tartness to the cherry, raspberry fruit scents, does a good job penetrating but then sort of trails off from there. Medium-bodied, dry and perhaps ...

Hi, This may seem like a strange request but I have a client who wants a couple of Nokia 6220's changing so that the standard Master Reset, (green, *, 3) or whatever it is, results in "Bricking" the phones rather than doing a reset. Is there anyway to do this with the jaf box by some combination of Factory settings, leave factory etc or anyway you can think of? All suggestions welcome, ...

Hey. A friend of mine's ps3 bricked after the 3.0 update and was given the usual bs because his system is out of warranty. I'm just curious, what exactly happens when a ps3 bricks? Is bricking just a name for a wide array of problems that occur leaving the system crippled? Or is it something specific, like some chip fries in the system? It really sucks that a lot of these system failures seem...
Dear All, Am tentatively excited (while at same time now totally bricking it ) that I am pencilled in for surgery on 16th December. Have an endo cyst on L ovary which should have been removed during a lap in July 09, but turned out to be totally stuck to my bowel, with part of my bowel folded over & stuck to itself, and a strong suspicion of endo having actually managed to grow into my ...

Just been able to update my 5800 to the newest firmware. Gave me a scare when it hung halfway through and I was bricking it until I followed the advice to unplug battery, USB and power then plug in USB, battery and power then hold the power switch for a second (in that strict order) after which the update went through. A subsequent upgrade to the Maps lost all my map data...
