Trip Advisor hasn't caught up yet so I was wondering if anyone has recently returned from the 'new' Breezes Grand Negril ? Wondering if they are investing anything back into the resort, besides a paint job, to upgrade it. Any noticable changes since it was switched over ?

I have been trying to find fun and cheap things to do in the Bahamas for our cruise next week. I read that Breezes will give you a day pass that includes everything (except a room) for $60 pp, it includes food, drinks, alcohol, water activities etc Has anyone done this or been there before? tia

Are 3rd time to cuba our second home,can't wait Sun,Sand ,cigars,rum. say no more. Myself & my wife this time, last 2 times big group. Anyone staying breezes same time. Wishing a merry xmas & excellent 2010 !

Going to Varadero and staying at the Bella Costa breezes on Feb 4. Our first time to Cuba. Is there a map of the hotel? Will i have to bring Raid. like the tips say? Not really sure of the Roach thing kinda creeps me out. And has anyone been there lately who has a reveiw of the hotel?

Southwest Airlines is great about changing flights, etc., Airline of choice. When we get this will be on the look out for the entrance, for sure. Thanks to all for the help!

Well we returned from Breezes over a week ago. We stayed from 12/7 - 12/14. This was our 1st trip to not only Breezes resort but Bahamas as well. Before we left we had recieved both good & bad comments about the Bahamas, and can I just say / we loved it so much!! Everyone in the Bahamas was so very nice! I can't believe for years I listened to other people tell me how rude the locals ...

Trip report for Bonaire Dec 6 - 13 2009: Weather - Was in the 80's most days, light breezes low humidity, and rained hard briefly about half the days except for one day where it rained hard for a few hours. I just came back from the Bella Costa a week ago and didn't see one bug while I was there. They give you a map when you arrive at the hotel but it doesn't take long to figure out where everyting is.
