My little boy doesn't seem to be having the "classic" breastfed baby poop of the yellow, seedy type. He goes every other to every few days and it's more like melted peanut butter. I'm planning to ask his pediatrician about it at his appointment next week, but anyone else's breastfed baby have different poop?

Where YOU breastfed or formula fed? How do you think your mother's choice affected your development/intelligence level? Also do you think your mothers fought with other mothers about how to feed a baby or do you think they were smart enough to realize it doesn't matter that much as long as the baby is getting fed?

My LO is almost 6 months old and is exclusively breastfed. She has just gained a couple of teeth (front two at the bottom) and has just started biting me after 5 mins of feeding. It's pretty painful & I was just wondering if anyone had any tips to encourage her to stop. I've tried taking her off each time and firmly saying no. I then don't put her back on again. She doesn't seem to get it...

Hi! My son just turned three weeks Thursday.  For the last week or so he has been really uncomfortable most of the day and worse at night.  He is a breastfed baby, well I express it and put it in bottles. He grunts and pushes.  We have been to the pediatrician and he suggests he has constipation.... My son is pooping, not a lot but he is pooping and the poops are running and seedy. I have ...

My 4 month old daughter is breastfed only. She doesn't take a bottle of pumped milk or formula and won't drink from a sippy cup either. She has been having some trouble with her bowel movements- she's not having them like she should. So her Dr. wants her to take 2oz of apple/prune juice twice a day. I have tried the bottles, sippy cups, and even an oral medicine syringe and she spits it all out....
