Almost all of the milk at the supermarket here says "hormone and antibiotic free" and things like "our farmers pledge". Even the shaws brand stuff has that label now. So I've been getting that instead of the Organic because of the signifigant price difference. I'm wondering how much difference it really is. I guess organic means the cows were fed organic grain? I agree, nebulous1. I recently saw some pictures of "battery chickens". I had never heard of such a thing. It was heart wrenching. People just don't know what they're eating. No wonder people get so sick. They're poisoning themselves.

Lot of misinformation in this thread. A cup of soy milk now and then probably won't do a guy any harm at all. However, it does contain phytoestrogen which most of us really prefer to avoid. A little of it doesn't hurt, but why consume any is my view. Most cow's milk does not contain bovine growth hormone anymore. A trip to any food store...most of the milk clearly states this. I ...
