I agree, nebulous1. I recently saw some pictures of "battery chickens". I had never heard of such a thing. It was heart wrenching. People just don't know what they're eating. No wonder people get so sick. They're poisoning themselves.

BHT is a preservative not a hormone. Butylated Hydroxytoluene. BST is the growth hormone. rBST to be more accurate. Bovine somatotropin.

Lot of misinformation in this thread. A cup of soy milk now and then probably won't do a guy any harm at all. However, it does contain phytoestrogen which most of us really prefer to avoid.
