Almost all of the milk at the supermarket here says "hormone and antibiotic free" and things like "our farmers pledge". Even the shaws brand stuff has that label now. I agree, nebulous1. I recently saw some pictures of "battery chickens". I had never heard of such a thing. It was heart wrenching. People just don't know what they're eating. No wonder people get so sick. They're poisoning themselves.

Lot of misinformation in this thread. A cup of soy milk now and then probably won't do a guy any harm at all. However, it does contain phytoestrogen which most of us really prefer to avoid. A little of it doesn't hurt, but why consume any is my view. Most cow's milk does not contain bovine growth hormone anymore. A trip to any food store...most of the milk clearly states this. I ...
