Visiting Ecuador should be an obvious location to visit Mr Bourdain; for satarters, you are a 100% New Yorker, and that means you must have come in contact with the large Ecuadorian community in NY, besides ive read in an interview that you acknowledged that ecuadorians as well as maxicans make great cooks. Ecuador is a marvelous place to visit, and i know im being biased, since its my home ...

Bourdain writes "Gizmodo has put together a good compilation of the — seemingly almost criminally — misleading (largely plain wrong) advertising from our favorite local monopolies. My personal favorite is from AT&T which states you need 3mbps to use social networking sites like Facebook." Read more of this story at Slashdot. More...

The Decade in Food: Queen Rachael takes her throne Austin 360 (blog) Ten years ago, Rachael Ray and Anthony Bourdain were nobodies, struggling like thousands of other wannabe celebrity chefs to carve out a niche with their quirky personalities and cooking know-how, and the Food Network and PBS still had the monopoly on food-related television shows. ...

Foodie Nation By ANTHONY BOURDAIN Published: December 26, 2009 Something important happened to my former profession in 2007. I'm still unsure what, exactly -- but there was a shift, the world of food tilting on its axis. Dining rooms were busy with ever more food-obsessed, better-informed customers. Wall Street had yet to implode, so private parties and "whale" wine buyers -- customers ...

I am a regular viewer of Bourdain and as such see many advertisements for Man v. Food and Zimmern. Frankly, I find these shows to be bonafide gross-out disgusting and I would never tune into them. I also don't blog or Facebook or any of that (Don't understand how people have so much time on their hands!)but making a comment about No Reservations has lead to the discovery of a show I would ...

I have been a fan of Anthony Bourdain for quite some time, having started when I still lived in Europe (Basel, Copenhagen, Tuebingen, Munich), and really love his show. One of the very best places for sushi, sashimi and other dishes is Shumi's on Doughty Street in Somerville. It is a small place, hard to find (I searched for about one month 11 years ago when a Japanese food fanatic told me about...

Anthony Bourdain should come to Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are small and probably not as gorgeous as most of the amazing cities and places Anthony has previously visisted and shown his viewers. Tulsa offers a large variety of restaurants ranging from authentic, family owned lebanese to your typical irish pub and of course great taco stands and authentic mexcican eating places you can't pass up. Tulsa ...
