Hi, Planning a 21-day trip for Aug 2010, starting in Toronto , Kingston, Montreal and then into USA, possibly flying back to Europe from New York . Want to mix big cities with wild nature - have kids of 13 and 14. Are there any logistical problems - can a car be hired in Toronto then dropped off in NY? Thinking about taking in Boston before heading south to NY....

I think you would have a good time in any of the 3, but if you're coming from the UK, New Orleans (which has the best weather at that time) is not a non-stop flight. If this is just part of a longer trip to the US, that might not matter and 4 days is a perfect amount of time for a visit there. If it's just a 4 day trip from the UK and you've never been to any of these cities, I'd pick...
